Ok i attempted astral projection and i didn't succeed although while i was trying to reach the hynogogic state while focusing on a Mantra i chanted Rusti to keep awareness I then found myself looking very close to my face but i was not visualizing this after a awhile it faded away and I got disturbed from a phone call. Neutral why...
